Job Description : We are looking for a Payroll Assistant to join one of our clients in the Hillsboro area. This is an opportunity to join a growing team and enjoy a casual work environment. Responsibilities:
Enter in timecard data and verify proper authorizations
Ensures accurate and timely payroll processing
Processes employee verification of employment request
Processes all employee garnishments including child supports and wage garnishments
Coordinates with HR on pay and benefit changes
Prepares Ad Hoc reports for management as needed
Qualifications:
1+ years of payroll or accounting experience
Teamwork oriented, strong communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Thrives in an exciting fast-paced environment
