Position : Practice Admin/Office Manager in Murrieta for Medical Office – up to $100k

Job Description : We are a busy Medical Office looking for a Practice Admin to join our team.

We have 3 Locations: Temecula, Murrieta, and Menifee.

Main office will be in Murrieta, but you may travel to the other locations as well.

Ideal candidate must be a clear communicator, organized, adaptable and proficient in general math. Someone with a practical approach.

They will be supporting multiple owners/doctors, with different personalities, someone who is strong willed and flexible will do well.

Strong managerial skills and clinical experience is a plus. Staff is upwards of 30 employees.

We have high level clientele and truly cater to our clients.

Selected candidate will be salaried M-F and may work some weekends – Full medical/ 401k. Looking for someone who has a strong sense of urgency and is a quick learner.
