What You Will Be Doing
Handle Contract Documents
Update Monthly Cost Reports
Set Up DOME System & Project Directory
Draft and Submit New Subcontracts
Maintain Current and Approved Insurance of Subcontractors
Create, Request, Confirm and Send Submittals
Set up and Validate RFIs
Contract Amendment (CA) & Budget Adjustment (BA)
Internal Change Orders (ICO) & Internal Budget Adjustment (IBA)
Subcontractor Change Orders
Distribute Schedules
Create, Update and Distribute Meeting Minutes
Gather Required Information For Site-Specific Safety Manuals
Manage Buy Out Items, Invoicing, Potential Change Orders (PCOs)
Log/track Daily Superintendent Reports & Document Punch List
Gather Turn Over Packages
Assist Permit Expeditor (as needed)
What You Need for this Position
– High School Diploma (any additional experience a plus)-
1+ years of experience in commercial construction (preferably, with another commercial general contractor)
Solid understanding of construction practices and procedures.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook/Excel. Experience with DocuSign, Viewpoint, or Procore a plus
