Job Description : Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in Planning, Design Development, Project Management, and/or Real Estate development, and leadership of corporate Real Estate assets.
Experience in leading or managing corporate/campus design and construction.

Preferred qualifications:

Master’s degree in Architecture, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Certified in LEED-AP.
Experience working in a fast-paced, technology environment, and navigating ambiguity while driving solutions.
Ability to produce and deliver executive-level presentations, project status reports, and to communicate deliverables with stakeholders and management teams.
Ability to influence strategic change and initiatives and prioritize evolving standard/non-standard innovative and solutions.
Product direction/planning, leadership, and strategic skills.

About the job
As a Project Executive on the Workplace Design and Delivery team, you will lead a scope of services and associated teams involved in the planning and management of Google’s real estate projects.
The Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) Workplace Design and Delivery team creates inspiring spaces and innovative services that bring Google’s culture and values to life. We acquire, program, build, and maintain all aspects of what keeps our work spaces operating seamlessly across multiple cities and regions globally. We also manage industry-leading services that help make Google a great place to work. We design healthy and collaborative work spaces, create energizing food experiences, provide convenient transportation and fitness options, and deliver inclusive environments where our employees can thrive.
As a member of the Google Workplace Design and Delivery team, you will be at the forefront of Google’s physical expansion and part of a team with a wide range of responsibilities, including the design and construction oversight of our next, and ever expanding offices. As a critical thinker, you will help manage the spatial requirements for a workforce that is growing at lightning speed to ensure that the job is not only done to Google’s standards, but also in a way that promises long-term sustainability and care for our world’s resources.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of the program including concept and design development, schedule and budget management, and construction. Participate in the transactions process and due diligence for the properties as defined by the real estate strategy.
Engage with customers, cross-functional partners, internal organizations, manage consensus and compromise when needed.
Manage and track all aspects/details of the design, schedule, budget, and construction. Implement a continuous multi-year plan process.
Work on large-scale real estate problems requiring in-depth analysis and evaluation of business situations and develop and maintain relationships with external consultants and vendors through Request for Proposals.
Manage various projects and ensure that organizational cultural values are maintained and exemplified in the workspace.
