Position : Project Manager Assistant PE (1 Yr Project Management & Const. Exp Req’d)
Job Description : We are Core Contracting, Southern California’s premier wood framing contractor based out of Vista, CA. We specialize in building wood framed school campuses, other government structures as well as hotels and resorts. We are hiring Project Engineers to work under our Project Managers. This role requires plan reading knowledge, strong computer skills, strong math and grammar skills. The Project Engineer will assist the Project Manager that they are assigned to with preparing submittal packages, pricing out change order work, tracking RFI’s, referencing and tracking plan changes and addendums, preparing monthly draw applications and reviewing supplier invoices. The ideal candidate is someone that can ultimately transition into becoming a Project Manager themselves.
