TikTok is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Training team. This role will take the lead on planning, implementing and managing training and development programs for TikTok Trust and Safety team and partner organizations. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage and coordinate training projects, successfully facilitate information exchange, decision making and task management related to implementation of training & development activities.
Key Responsibilities
Work with cross-functional team to intake training project requests and collaborate with the training team to design training activities and strategies to address the business needs.
Manage all phases of training projects from initiation and design to implementation and closing.
Ensure effective and timely delivery of policy updates training to all moderation sites.
Create and manage schedules, timelines and scopes of our training projects.
Monitor completion of training-related tasks and ensure timely implementation of all project phases.
Measure project performance using appropriate metrics, tools and techniques.
Coordinate internal and external resource availability and process flow across different T&S teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Training or Project Management
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably related to training & development
PMP certification is strongly preferred
Theoretical and practical knowledge of project management processes, tools and workflows
Ability to communicate frequently and effectively with key stakeholders
Ability to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent planning and organization skills, ability to independently manage multiple small to medium scale projects from initiation through delivery
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures
Ability to travel (10%) between our Mountain View and Los Angeles offices
