Job Description : We are very excited to help our client, JPL | NASA in their search for a Project Scheduler possessing proven experience within the AeroDef sector.
Location: Pasadena, CA 91101 Position: Project Scheduler (multiple roles in various Levels) Pay Rate Range: $ 40 – 97 / hr (DOE and Level) Duration: 12 months or longer Flexible work schedule: 9/80 or 5/40 Robust Benefits Including: 15 days paid time offs; 12 paid holidays; matching 401k; medical, dental, and vision insurance
Responsibilities:
The Project Scheduler will serve as an integral partner in the project business team.
Works with the Project/Program team to schedule the: project elements, project lifecycle, production detail, materiel, etc.
Provides program, project or institutional scheduling products including comprehensive integrated master schedule products, schedule assessment and performance analysis.
Provides reporting and tracking requirements, to ensure project/program or institution is compliant with contractual requirements.
Analyzes and validates current schedule status to current plan, and historical/baseline schedule products.
Analyzes efficiency and trends; forecasts impact to project, program, proposal, and/or institutional requirements.
Responsible for the earned value schedule integration, and other schedule related support and services.
Qualifications:
US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience
Experience in Microsoft Project or Primavera
Compensation and Benefits:
Project Scheduler 3 pay rate: $56.90/hr. (3 to 5 years’ experience)
Project Scheduler 4 pay rate: $79.85/hr. (5 to 7 years’ experience)
Project Scheduler 5 pay rate: $89.35/hr. (8 to 10 years’ experience)
Project Scheduler 6 pay rate: $97.15/hr. (11+ years’ experience)
At a minimum, a 7-year background check, education verification, employment verification, and drug screen will be conducted upon hire. Your suitability for employment is contingent upon successfully passing these required pre-employment screenings.
