Position : Quality Analyst, Trust & Safety (Spanish) – Resso
Job Description : Resso is a social music streaming app designed for the new generation of music enthusiasts. Resso offers a streaming experience designed for the new generation of music enthusiasts. With its social-friendly features, Resso empowers music fans to tune in together, express themselves more creatively, and connect with the rest of the community.
Our Trust & Safety team’s commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.
Our Operations team moderates millions of videos daily at a global level to ensure content is safe for our users. As a Quality team, we need to review and audit the content which has been moderated, to handle appeals, and provide feedback and support on policy questions to our operations team.
What will I be doing?
You will perform daily sampling tasks for audit purposes.
You will analyze data and data analysis, feedback problems & handle necessary escalation and weekly feedback on moderation quality.
You will provide feedback and analysis on Policy updates to identify areas of improvement and potential gaps
You will cooperate with moderation teams and market specialists to ensure the moderation quality is up to standard
You will participate in the development of quality inspection standards and continuously optimize the process and system platform.
What should I bring with me?
You come with previous experience performing a Quality Assurance role in a Content Moderation / Content Quality / Safety environment.
You pay attention to detail and you are comfortable using data analysis to identify trends.
You possess experience in a BPO / call center/customer service environment.
Mandatory Advanced Spanish and English.
