Full Time Receptionist, Tuesday – Saturday Mornings
Shift Times – 8:00AM – 3:30PM

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

Managing a multi-line phone system in a professional manner within a fast-paced office
Ensuring prompt responses to guests’ inquiries and directing to the appropriate party in an efficient manner.
Managing the receipt and shipment of office deliveries and mail.
Supporting various departments throughout the office with a variety of clerical duties and special projects as needed

WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and the flu
High School diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Minimum 2 years office/clerical experience with demonstrated proficiency in typing and 10-key skills
Highly refined communication skills with a professional demeanor
