Job Description : Director Technology Implementation – Pacific Region

Securitas Security Services, USA is the global leader providing security solutions. Our mission is to help companies make their world a safer place. Utilizing state of the art technology combined with human capital, we design custom solutions for our clients. We are conducting a search for a person to manage all aspects of our technology implementation. Based out of our office in Orange, CA this position will be responsible for managing all installation projects in California and Hawaii to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with the margin expectations, and most importantly with a focus on customer satisfaction. This person will own the overall planning, initiation, execution, monitoring, and closing aspects of each project.

Appropriately plan and schedule work; manage the project to ensure completion of project scope on-time and within budget.
Engage in the appropriate customer interactions and engage with other stakeholders as needed for customer satisfaction.
Will be required to handle multiple projects at any given time, all with varying schedules, scopes of work, staffing levels and requirements.
Assure all work processes follow all safety rules and protocols.
Collaborate with centralized procurement and project management support resources to ensure all project objectives and timelines are met.

Qualifications:

Detailed technical knowledge of physical security systems, including video surveillance and access control.
Experience in dealing with various technology vendors and installers.
Three to five years of successful and progressively responsible security systems experience.
Preferred qualifications include: PSP certification; experience/certification with Avigilon and/or Motorola products; and remote video monitoring solutions.
Bachelor’s Degree
Travel 30% – 40%

Depending on experience, the position will offer a starting salary of $130k to $135k, in addition to a full benefit package that includes health insurance, dental, vision, 401K, and a $500 monthly vehicle allowance. If interested please forward your resume:
