Position : Remote Executive Assistant
Job Description : Our client, a growing technology/gaming company, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team to support two Co-Founders. This is an exciting role and we are looking for someone who comes from a fast paced, start-up-like environment. This firm has roughly 100 employees and is poised for growth. You will help the two Co-Founders with calendar management, expense report reconciliation, processing reports to prepare for meetings, etc. The workforce is spread through multiple states and countries so you will also be open to performing Office Manager type duties like event planning for both virtual and on-site events. You will help drive culture within the organization. You will also be able to help staff when they are locked out of their computers and light general IT technical skills are a strong plus. Additionally you will help institute and foster their wellness programs and initiatives. This is a really exciting role and this is a fully remote opportunity which will help you maintain your work/life balance.
Major responsibilities
Handle incoming calls
Organize travel and meeting arrangements
Educate and run other support staff and customer relations
Preparing projects for presentations
Arrange reports and financial data
Ability to use the internet for research
Calendar Management experience
Well-founded grasp of Administrative Office
Event planning experience
Proven knowledge of Expense Reporting
Calendar Management experience required
Experience with event planning
Solid understanding of Coordinate Travel Arrangements
Top-notch organizational skills, ability to multitask, an eye for detail and previous project management experience
