Job Description : Join our Clinical Operations Team as a Remote Mammography Tracking Representative.This full-time career opportunity will have a Monday thru Friday day shift schedule. Location is flexible and based on applicant. As a key member of a small and versatile team, you will participate in the day-to-day upkeep of mammography tracking. As a Mammography Tracking Representative, you will work on specific projects critical to RadNet’s needs. You will be responsible for working independently and collaboratively on mammography tracking in order to provide quality care for our patients and help establish best practices within Southern CA. In this role, you will work with a variety of people, including: patients, scheduling, site staff, radiologists, and our referring community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of mammography tracking
Generating, tracking and mailing patient result letters
Following up on undeliverable addresses – return mail
Entering, maintaining and developing statistical information and reports
Maintains all necessary records and data entry into the Mammography Tracking System
Scheduling of patient procedures
Performs data entry in various systems, as needed
Communication with customers (includes; patients, fellow co-workers and Radiologists)
Attend and participate in various meetings, and trainings as required
Train new and/or existing employees on projects or workflows as directed by management
Handle delicate situations in a supportive and empathetic manner
Complete other tasks as assigned by management.

Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience
Great communication skills and interpersonal skills (bilingual language skills in Spanish and English is preferable)
High school diploma or GED equivalent

Demonstrates a high level of accuracy and detail orientation
Ability to work well within group and individual settings
Ability to handle assignments under minimal supervision is essential
Ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff, and management
