Job Description : TB Contract Furniture is a multi-brand commercial furniture dealer, located in Los Angeles, CA.
We’re looking for a motivated, self starter Sales Associate to join our team in our newly opened showroom.

The ideal candidate we’re looking for has:

excellent verbal and written communication skills ( via email, on the phone and in person )
very strong customer service skills
excellent computer skills ( experience with Gmail, Dropbox, Google Drive is a must, Quickbooks, Salesforce, Asana experience is a plus )
sales experience ( furniture showroom sales or B2B furniture sales is a plus )
the ability to manage time and conflicting priorities
motivation to learn new things
a positive attitude
passion about interior and furniture design
ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

communication with new and existing clients
responding to call and email inquiries
recommending products to help customers ( very strong product knowledge necessary, so must be open to learn )
answering client questions and addressing concerns
creating formal quotes to clients
project tracking
keeping the showroom nice and clean

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
