Job Description : Are you looking to take your automotive career to the next level? Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service from start to finish.
Assist guests with vehicle selection based on wants and needs.
Educate guests on vehicle models, specifications, features, and benefits.
Explain warranties, services, and other finance products.
Guide guests through financing and payment options.
Learn and stay up to date with available products, features, specifications, and other updates.
Create positive and lasting relationships with guests.
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
Act professionally and maintain high ethical standards at all times.
Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
A minimum of one (1) year automotive sales experience or equivalent, preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Self-starter and team player.
Must have or be able to obtain a valid Occupational Sales License and a California Driver’s License while maintaining an acceptable, safe driving record.
Bilingual a plus.
Toyota experience a plus.
