Responsibilities:
Work within customer portals (Ariba) to process orders and invoicing on behalf of sales teams.
Assist with review of contracted pricing under National Accounts and maintain customers pricing catalogs in lead’s absence.
Assist with development of data for national accounts punch-out catalogs by working with IT, Marketing and Customers.
Work with branch sales teams to quote product not under contracted agreement.
Assist with maintenance of customer portal data.
Review existing national accounts to determine additional locations for expanding business within each national account and provide leads to local branches for follow up.
Prepare and respond to customer and branch requests for pricing and availability in 1 business day.
Forward purchase orders to the appropriate branches that service individual accounts within the National accounts program. Cover for IT Business Analyst when out and forward Ariba purchase orders.
Participate in the maintenance of customer information records per company policy.
Run reports needed for National Accounts as requested in Excel, MITS, etc. Keep track of and run reports for sales promotions as needed.
