Job Description : Start: Immediately
Pay Wage: TBD, based on experience
Experience: Must have experience and knowledge of construction and plumbing.
We are a general contractor and plumbing construction company located in San Jose, looking for an experienced scheduler / dispatcher.
The scheduler / dispatcher is one position; that person will maintain the employee daily scheduler, they will handle all service calls that come in, and dispatch technicians as needed. This person will also be responsible for shipping/receiving, and returning and picking up of parts as needed.
The right candidate will possess the following:
– Reliable and on time
– Great attitude
– Construction and Plumbing knowledge
– Excellent communication skills
– Computer savvy
– Strong Customer service
– Telephone etiquette
– Organized, with attention to details
– Works well in a team environment
– Minimum 30 wpm typed
– Ability to multitask
– Ability to adapt to changing situations and schedules
– Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required

Pay: $35.00 – $55.00 per hour
