Please note this is a virtual position. We’re currently recruiting for a staff member based in North America and our preference is for someone in the PST or MST time zones.. Our team works remotely all over the world and there is no relocation necessary. Education and Coaching is at the Center
To continue our pursuit of changing the lives of fitness professionals around the world, the NPE Success Coach plays a vital role in helping fitness professionals break out of their default trendline. A default trend that is keeping them from building the life they want… doing the thing they love most. The ability to effectively challenge a prospect’s thinking, help them see the bigger problems they are facing and show them the clear and proven path forward to their goal is absolute table stakes for this role.

This role will be primarily focused on sales, account management, community management, and group coaching call delivery.

Responsibilities:

Lead new prospective client discovery calls
Lead new client onboarding success
Account management – tracking client success, addressing concerns, aligning client goals/pain points to their program journey, and ascending clients to the next program.
Client service & support through support tickets, text, email, Zoom, and phone.

Skills & Competencies:

Supporting, engaging, and challenging clients throughout their journey.
Clean and concise delivery of information that builds understanding and motivates action.
Effective at leading conversations, overcoming challenges.
Great with technology (Infusionsoft, Zoom, SMS, etc)
Strong Leadership skills, particularly leading with empathy and holding others accountable

Lead new prospective client calls
Leading new client onboarding calls
Leading clients to success based on their program journey (1:1 account management, group call delivery, managing community support)
Providing a high level of support for clients through email, SMS, and Facebook.
