Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Supply Chain Coordinator 2 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Palmdale, CA.
Essential Functions:
Supports and assists activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process. Provides technical, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily Supply Chain Manufacturing and Supply Chain Logistics, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations. These employees are primarily responsible for the manual movement, shipping and receiving of materials.
Basic Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent with at least 2-years additional education and/or related experience.
Ability to obtain certification in forklift, electrical pallet jack, and reach-lift.
Must be willing to work in non-environmentally controlled warehouse conditions.
Active DoD Secret level clearance (to apply & start)
Ability to obtain and maintain SAP special program access within a reasonable amount of time
Must be able to support first shift 4/10 (Mon-Thurs) 2nd shift; 3:00pm – 1:30am

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in warehouse management system transactions
Experience with material handling and aerospace part protection methods
Experience working with transportation management systems
Experience working with international shipments
Experience with handling aerospace parts and part protection

Salary Range: $42,100 USD – $70,100 USD

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
