Job Description : A well know growing retail, the e-commerce company is URGENTLY looking for a Talent Recruiting Manager to manage a team of solid Recruiters, strategize on recruiting efforts, motivate their team, build and execute candidate experiences and engagements, and be involved with the growth of the company. This is a remote role, with one week a month of travel in the US. Solid benefits, collaborative environment, and positive energy. This is a GREAT opportunity for the right person.

Qualified candidates MUST have:

Over 7 years experience as a recruiting manager – leading a team
Able to create and develop strategies for successful recruiting
Training, motivating, and elevating a recruiting team
Startup mentality
Social media and internet savvy
Managing budgets, training programs, and compliance
Able to manage recruiting expectations with line managers
Thinks outside the box, proactive, and high energy
Sense of humor required
Vax required
