We’re looking for a Territory Manager in the Southern California area! This is an ideal role for someone with 1-2 years’ sales experience looking for a position with significant growth opportunity.

Base salary + Monthly Incentive Bonus ($95k OTE)

The Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
Manage an assigned group of existing and new customers with < $100,000 annual potential, across all channels and platforms Introduce, promote and sell Ritchie Bros. platforms, services and programs to current and future customers through face-to-face meetings, cold calling and account maintenance activities. Identify and develop new opportunities, encourage potential buyers and sellers to come out to our auctions, and/or participate in our online auctions. Assess your customers’ needs and provide solutions based on our service offerings Monitor the market and your competitors' services, prices, auctions and sales Actively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customers. Here’s what you bring: Sales experience (inside and/or outside sales) in quota-driven sales (Industry experience/knowledge preferred). Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Knowledge and experience with CRM preferably Salesforce.
