We aim to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience via TikTok. The role is responsible for building the category operation foundation for the TikTok eCommerce business in US. The job scope will mainly be building a strong team according to category operation logic, introducing high potential brands/merchants to TikTok e-commerce platform, and driving their growth with other teams & external partners in TikTok business.
Responsibilities:
Design the overall creator growth strategy for TikTok Shopping – to define goals, identify opportunities and design approaches.
Build and develop a strong team according to growth priorities and business rationale.
Onboard and incubate creators and creator agencies (MCN) with strong focus on E-commerce.
Discover innovative business models for creators by improving their collaborations with brands / retailers for video as well as live shopping campaigns.
Solve key challenges in business growth by strong collaboration with cross-function teams.
5+ years experience of affiliate marketing or content creator management; a mixed experience in both brand/merchant and creator agency side is highly preferred.
Strong connections with creators and talent agencies is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.
Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving.
Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
