The opportunity
Come join our team! University Talent is a high-priority and significant part of Adobe’s recruiting strategy. We are focused on hiring undergraduate, and MBA candidates to work side by side with the tech industry’s biggest problem solvers and creators to help change the world through digital experiences.
What you’ll do
Work collaboratively with hiring leaders and Talent partners to build and implement an effective sourcing strategy.
Qualify and present the very best university talent.
Be articulate and confident when presenting opportunities to prospective employees and defining Adobe’s position in the market.
Help execute campus strategy, together with university talent partners.
Ensure Adobe is the benchmark as it relates to positive hiring experience.
What you need to succeed
Experience sourcing or conducting talent research. University/campus experience preferred but not required.
Understanding of the recruiting process and the importance of the candidate experience and desire to improve processes to provide a stronger experience.
Willing to travel, predominately domestic.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
Talent Scouts will be required to multi-task and demonstrate operational excellence. Strong organization skills are critical.
Must represent and be a steward of Adobe’s values: genuine, exceptional, innovative, involved.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
