Position : User Experience Researcher

Job Description : We are looking for an experienced User Experience Researcher to drive qualitative and quantitative research to result in a measurably delightful and globally scalable user experience for the Lark Suite. The ideal candidate will be driven by a strong user empathy and knowledge of research methodologies and experience with tools used. They will partner closely with the User Experience Designers, Product Managers and Developers to identify the right research methodology and tools. Our Lark team is part of the team that built Lark Suite and we’re building a product to make work easier and teams work faster, connected and happy, especially in remote and hybrid work environments. We’re focusing on ways to find and connect with co-workers and information instantly and do this while minimizing disruptions and building lasting team connections along the way. What You’ll Do:

Plan, design and execute user and product usability research studies and experiments aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities include research method selection, tool selection, user recruitment, test creation, analysis and reporting.
Create deep empathy and understanding of the user and represent the user’s voice in product discussions with Product Managers, Designers, Developers and key stakeholders.
Generate actionable user insights for product features as well as concepts and and communicate to diverse audiences through effective written documents and presentations.
Collaborate across the company to continually improve the level of research and best practices.
Develop new research capabilities and experimentation using quantitative and mixed methods.

Who We’re Looking For:

BA/BS degree in an Engineering, Design, Social Science, or other data or research-centric field or equivalent practical experience.
Relevant experience in a related field.
Experience with quantitative research methods, statistical analysis, experiment design, insight generation and data visualization.
Highly polished written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Industry experience partnering with development teams.
Ability to translate product team requests and needs into researchable questions in a rigorous and valid way.
Strong attention to detail, organization and planning.
