Position : Vehicle Distribution Specialist
Job Description : Volt is immediately hiring a Vehicle Distribution Specialist for a large automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley. This is a mixture of administrative, data management, analyst and reporting duties.

As a Vehicle Distribution Specialist your duties will entail:
Administer all vehicle invoices, certificates of origin, and the processing of motor vehicle paperwork.
Tracking of all vehicles used for company purposes including company lease vehicles for all affiliate companies within the region.
Process and track any bills or invoices that are related to company car operations.
Responsible for the formation of all regional reports utilizing CARS for Windows, SAP, etc., as needed and requested by management.
Accurately track the disposition of all company cars including those sold at auction.
Assist the Regional Distribution Senior Manager with any allocation or logistical activities necessary for the efficient operation of the department.
Monitor and analyze each district sales manager’s wholesale and allocation performance through the use of a CARS query.
Fulfill process and track all dealer services loaner transactions. 100% accuracy is required.
Perform all other tasks as required including: training assistance and back-up support to associate analyst charged with Autoshow vehicles, wholesale returns, transportation damage issues, fleet orders, vehicle assignments, and maintenance of files.
Qualifications
1 – 2 years of experience working in the office. Data Management experience is preferred.
A completed bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong proficiency using MS Office (experience using pivot tables in Excel)
Pay is up to $25/hr. Position is experienced to 12 months with potential to go longer. It also offers a foot in the door of an great organization that has a history of hiring on our top talent. Position will start 100%remote and may require hybrid in the future. Local candidates only will be considered.
