A little bit about us: We work in Napa, Sonoma, Solano and Marin counties. For our crew we need friendly, hard working employees who have great attitudes. We will hire only the best attitudes and personalities and then train in our way of painting and customer service. Even if you have painting experience we will train you in our process.

We pay for tools, offer 401k, pay overtime, have a full training program, and have monthly company meetings to maintain a strong team. We recognize talent and have two performance reviews annually so all employees have a chance to move up. Apprentices with a strong work ethic and customer service skills have the ability to move up into managerial positions within 2-4 years. Requirements:
– GREAT attitude (This is the most important requirement and is non-negotiable).
– GREAT customer service (Also non-negotiable).
– Reliable transportation to Napa county and sometimes to Marin, Solano and Sonoma counties.
– Ready to learn our way of painting (the best way you will ever learn!).
– Work hard and provide our customers with the best painting experience possible.
– Painting experience can be a plus, but is not necessary. We will train you in our ways of painting.
We only hire the best, so during our hiring process we will require a physical medical exam, drug test, background check and previous employer reference check.
Wage Range:
$17-$19/ hr for Apprentices and Helpers
$20- $26/ hr for Experienced Painters
$26- $35/ hr after employment and promotions possible.
