Job Description : The Plus Group is looking for a Wellness Coordinator in Ceres, CA to support the HR department at a Wine Company.
JOB STATEMENT: The Wellness Coordinatormust be a well-rounded Human Resources professional that is highly competent and experienced and have exceptional communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
· Designs and develops a company-wide wellness program, as well as identifies wellness program goals.
· Organizes, coordinates, plans, and facilitates health and fitness activities and programs for employees, as well as all other aspects of the wellness program with an understanding of how employees are uniquely motivated.
· Involves others in decision making processes by working closely and collaboratively through interactive communication with others.
· Motivates and inspires others by planning, implementing, and providing presentations and training, as well as classes, speakers, seminars, and fitness assessments that promote healthy lifestyles, such as health screening and other associated activities.
· Compiles statistical summaries of participant data, attendance, and participation of employees, etc.…
· Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements.
· Preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of wellness program.
· Responds to employee questions and problems by interpreting the wellness program and procedures.
· Initiates and maintains ongoing professional and technical knowledge such as current wellness trends and best practices.
· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, and assuming responsibility for risk.
· Assists in on-boarding of employee benefits, health, vison, 401K.
· Liaison for employees and our EAP program
· Community outreach

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.96 – $33.65 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ceres, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Clerical: 1 year (Preferred)
