Job Description : Local real estate appraisal company looking for a data input/office assistant to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced professional environment. Must be comfortable with math, writing, and handling multiple tasks at once. Duties include: data entry into appraisal reports, proofing and uploading of appraisal reports, answering phone calls and emails, keeping track of projects and tasks, and assisting appraisers in the office.What are we looking for?- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment- Strong mathematical, verbal, and written communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an ability to become familiar with firm specific software, as well as the ability to learn and navigate multiple client platforms- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve- A self-starter with the motivation to take projects to completion- Friendly and professional demeanor-Experience in a title agencies or a bank mortgage department is preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Flexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Not at this timeEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 2 years (Preferred)Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
