Job Description : We are looking for an Assistant for our Collective Bargaining Department. The perfect candidate will be well versed in Microsoft Word and Excel as well as Google Docs and Google Sheets. There is a lot of proof reading involved so attention to detail a must. Organization skills and being able to maintain both digital and hard copy files are also a must. You would also be responsible for scheduling meeting rooms, hotel rooms, and catering. Must be able to work well under pressure. There is some research involved. Some traveling within Oregon and Southwest Washington. General knowledge of unions would be helpful.
