While supporting both Customer Service and Procurement, you will collaborate with all departments within the organization. Working individually or as part of a team, you will be met with daily challenges that will allow you to showcase your problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Customer Service Representatives are part of a collaborative team that will require both individual work and peer-to-peer interactions in a culture that leans towards levity while maintaining a professional working environment.Skills & Abilities: · Strong attention to detail· Problem solver with ability to use critical thinking skills· Exemplary verbal and written communication skills· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively· Promotes improvement both within themselves and within the company· Shows ambition for learning new skills· Self-motivated· Fluent in Microsoft Office ProductsResponsibilities: · Facilitate order fulfillment process from order receipt through delivery· Obtain freight quotes and schedule shipments with logistics providers· Create and manage customer quotations· Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, follow-up to ensure resolution· Field customer feedback, track, and forward to appropriate internal team(s)· Database management for creation of new parts, price changes, and customer master files· Facilitate the procurement process including reviewing incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy, adjusting as needed, and informing the appropriate contact· Provide internal team members with system data and external information upon requestRequirements: · 3 – 5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment· Bachelor’s degree preferred, or 5+ years of relevant work experience· Manufacturing ERP system experienceo Infor, CloudSuite Industrial or Sytline experience a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayOvertimeWork Location: One location
