Job Description : Job Title: Fingerprint Technician – Enrollment AgentCompany: Legal Locator ServicePosition Type: Part Time 30-38 hours per weekLocation: Lake Oswego, OregonAbout the Role: This position is available immediately; we are actively conducting interviews. Must be able to pass a Homeland Security Background Check. Position may not start for up to 30 days due to the Background Check. We are hiring an Enrollment Agent (aka TSA Customer Service Representative), you will provide great customer service be positive, inclusive, and collaborative.You will process electronic fingerprinting, applicant data and initiate background checks for various federal programs.Responsibilities:Perform biometrics processing to include capturing electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures.Proof and check work for accuracy and completeness and maintain a 98% efficiency rating for all processed forms.Provide the highest level of customer service to all applicants.Track processing time for each applicant.Safeguard all documents.Perform additional administrative duties as needed.Requirements:Must be able to pass a Homeland Security Background Check.High School Diploma.Previous experience in customer service and working with the public.Successful completion of company administered training program.Ability to stand and walk for up to 75% of assigned work hours.Ability to process 75 fingerprint cards per day with a stringent service level requirement processing time.Ability to work in a high-paced environment with the public.Good typing skills.Must have good penmanshipMust be fully vaccinated and show proof of vaccination.Pay commensurate with experience.We do NOT offer healthcare benefits.For more information call 503 697-5821 or email your resume.Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Paid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:All employees must be fully vaccinated and show proof of vaccination.Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
