Job Description : Three Rivers Medical Clinic is a rural health clinic committed to providing comprehensive and patient-centered care to the community of Three Forks and surrounding areas. We are currently growing our integrated mental/behavioral health program. We are hiring for the following:Mental/Behavioral Health Specialist – CounselorDescription:The program counselor will provide high quality mental health and behavioral health services and support within the small rural community of Three Forks, MT. This position assists patients in managing, coping with, and moving beyond different life challenges and mental, behavioral, and emotional health struggles. Part-time, ¾ time, or full-time possibilities available. All patient scheduling, insurance billing, and credentialing support is provided. Competitive pay, flexible schedule, and perks included commensurate with experience!Duties Include:Serve as a program counselor providing person-centered counseling and case management to a caseload of clinic clients, maintaining electronic case records, and participating in clinical supervision and staff meetings, and fostering strong working relationships with clinic staff, client family members, and community partners.
