Job Description : We are seeking qualified applicants for a Service Coordinator position to work with adults with I/DD. This position is responsible to facilitate services for a caseload of adults with developmental disabilities, meet with families, assess support needs, and develop service plans. This position requires routine communication with individuals, partner agencies, families, and caregivers. Applicants must possess good verbal and written skills and the ability to work with families and individuals under stressful situations.
