Job Description : Bilingual (Japanese & English) Order Processing, Inventory Control AnalystJob location: Novi / Farmington Hills AreaOur client is a Japanese automotive supplier, and we are currently looking for a bilingual (Japanese & English) potential candidate who is familiar with order processing, inventory control, logistics and/or supply chain for our client.If you are interested in this role, please read the following minimum qualification requirements carefully and send us your latest resume saved in Microsoft Word, including all of your work experience and educational background. Also, in your cover letter, please tell us your salary requirement.Some of the minimum qualification requirements: Fluent in Japanese and English. At least a business level of Japanese and English.If you are familiar with inventory control, order processing, logistics and/or supply chain at a manufacturing or distribution company, that’s a huge plus.Able to use Excel. If you are familiar with the ERP or EDI system, that’s a big plus. Necessary training will be provided on the job.Authorized to work in the US permanently without a visa sponsorship.Able to start in 2 weeks if you receive a job offer. This position is currently open, and it needs to be filled ASAP.A valid US driver’s license and a car. (Note: There is no public transportation near the facility.)Some of the main responsibilities: Responsible for inventory control, order processing and logistics in Japanese and English.Prepare and process shipping-related info precisely in a timely manner.Contact FedEx, UPS and DHL.Update inventory with the customer orders.Communicate with customers and forwarding companies in relates to shipping and delivery schedules.Visit warehouse for business meetings and discussions.Work with the overseas offices in Asian countries in Japanese and English.Enter data using ERP and EDI.Communicate or negotiate with freight forwarders for import and export cost as necessary.Provide support for quality (ISO9001 and IATF16949).Other tasks will be assigned by management as necessary.Compensation: $23 to $30/hr DOEThe employer will provide health, dental and vision insurance, as well as a 401k match plan to its full-time employees in accordance with the company policy.————————————————–International Business Promotion, Inc.
