Job Description : Mill Machinist/ Tool Maker
Loc. Chesterfield, MI
Company builds small engraving machines.
Pay rate: up to $28/hr for a well experienced candidate w/ a broad skill setWill consider a lighter skilled candidate at $19 – 23/hr.
Duties:
Will be responsible for machining basic details for machines by setting up and operating Bridgeport Mill
Will be machining steel and aluminum.Experience w/ surface grinder, lathe or cnc machines would be a PLUS
Required:
Must have min. 3-5 year experience machining details on Bridgeport and drilling and tapping holes
Must be able to read micrometers and calipers.
Must be able to read prints
Day Shift: 6am – 2:30/4:30pm, OT normally avail. (46-56 hr/wk)
Co. offers 100% paid med ins. BC/BS Gold Plan (benefit package adds up to $12/hr value to whole compensation)
Perm. position – 90 day contract to direct hire
