Every customer interaction will revolve around this position. This role is a cross over role that will span all the way from customer facing to working in the vault to checking customers in with a warm greeting. You could be the face of Timber for the Sturgis market!!Position SummaryOur Budtenders / Delivery Drivers are an all-encompassing role working as a team to achieve desired profitability goals. You will get experience with front and back of house operations. You will be responsible for creating the experiences that will drive repeat business with every interaction. This role requires world class customer service, inventory management, and cash management skills.Essential Duties and Responsibilities-The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:-Welcoming each guest personally using enthusiastic words, tone, and body language-Answering, assisting, and directing all incoming telephone calls to appropriate parties in a professional and courteous manner-Accurately entering, processing, and storing guest identification and other documentation to maintain organized records of guest interactions; verifying proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for guests-Operating computers systems to check-in guests and perform other work-related duties-Notifying other staff of guest arrival and managing flow of guests into sales room to ensure a timely, positive experience-Performing related clerical work and projects such as typing, filing, and sorting mail distribution-Working as a team to maintain an effective atmosphere and efficient service-Cleaning, stocking, and organizing dispensary; working with others to keep all areas cleaned and stocked in accordance with the Company’s standards at all times-Inputting orders in a timely and accurate manner, collecting money from guests for products purchased, making appropriate change, and maintaining a balanced cash drawer-Conducting nightly inventory counts of all dispensary products-Maintaining up to date knowledge of industry trends and products offered-Trimming product and filling “pre-roll” joints-Restocking and organizing product displays-Updating menus and signage with informative and visually appealing information-Will assist in weekly/daily audits, as well as monthly comprehensive inventories, to ensure that all marijuana products are tagged and tracked properly in METRC-Performing all other duties as assigned-Delivering at set locations daily-Calling and preparing run-Creating manifests for deliveryALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH THE FOLLOWING LINKhttps://secure2.entertimeonline.com/ta/Stash.careers?ApplyToJob=419596034Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)-Knowledge of cannabis required-Must be of legal age to sell cannabis-2 years of retail or other applicable customer service experience required; cannabis industry experience preferred-Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations including weekend and evening hours-High school diploma or equivalentALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED THROUGH THE FOLLOWING LINKhttps://secure2.entertimeonline.com/ta/Stash.careers?ApplyToJob=419596034Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
