Job Description : Clerical position:Permanent full-time 40 hours per week – weekdays.Prior clerical experience required; prior bookkeeping experience preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required.We are seeking a friendly, career-oriented, team player to join our SFA Team.The successful candidate will oversee a range of routine and advanced clerical tasks/duties.Skills and responsibilities include but are not limited to:Superb organizational skills, multitasking and excellent time management.Willingness to learn and follow instructions.Answer phones, greet visitors and assist with/distribute mail.Accounts receivable/payable and billing.Data entry: Type and edit documents including letters, specifications, etc.Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.Protect, create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.Operating office equipment including printers, copier, scanner and multiline telephone system and ten-key.Proficient in the use of computers/software including, Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2021.Experience/Knowledge in AIA Contract Documents and Sage Timeslips Premium a plus. If necessary, company will train.Assist with marketing efforts with data input, etc. In-design, and other Adobe software a plus.
