There we cultivated a culture of perfect burgers, cold beer, and rock n’ roll, all enjoyed in a backyard atmosphere. Since then, driven by our vision, we have expanded to 18 locations (12 company-owned and 6 franchised) in Oregon, SW Washington and Idaho.We are excited to continue our growth, including adding a new senior operations leader to coach and mentor our store and field teams while representing ops at the support center and collaborating with all other functions.Who You Are: A servant-leader, this position contributes to our success by leading field operations and joining the management team as the voice of our stores. You will provide leadership and support to our District Managers (Store Performance Coaches), General Managers and Operations Services Manager and be the company’s most senior Operations leader. You will drive performance in our restaurants that deliver crew and customer experiences that enhance and grow the value of the brand.You Must Be Able to: Enhance the development and professional growth of our store teams from our newest crew member to our most seasoned multi-unit leadersManage the relationship and support with our senior operations leaders amongst our franchise partners to provide support and drive profitability and growth while maintaining executional consistency across all the storesDrive profitability of our company-owned locations through sales building activities in partnership with our marketing team, through managing prime costs and ensuring other store-level expenses are well-managedBe the voice of our store teams on our leadership team to ensure our growth and expansion is accretive to our operating capabilities & culture, our P&L and overall brand valueExperience and Education Required: 5+ years of field level multi-unit experience of 50+ locationsOperations Management experience a plusProject management and cross functional leadership experienceSelf-starter, entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of ownership, assertive follow-through, and a passion for the highest level of customer satisfactionAbility to develop and maintain effective working relationshipsAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingAbility to implement strategic plans and create positive change within the organizationAbility to set priorities and meet deadlinesStrong analytical, organizational, and time management skillsAttention to detail; ability to look at situations from several points of viewAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentOutstanding interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building partnerships with internal and external partnersBachelors’ degree in business administration or another related discipline preferred but not requiredAbility to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Word)Full-Time, SalaryReports to the CEOFull Medical, Dental, Vision BenefitsLocated at our Support Center in SE PDXPassing a post-offer criminal background check required Killer Burger is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
