Job Description : The manager will be responsible for his/her individual store. All store managers will be required to be ServSafe food certified, as mandated by the City County Health Department.

DutiesOrganization and time management skills required to manage fast paced fast casual restaurantUnderstanding of day to day operations of the buildingStaff hiring and firingComplete weekly scheduleVerify and print pay roll. Turn into office every other MondayCover shifts as indicated – find replacements as neededEducate and train new staffComplete New Hire PaperworkVerify payrollOrder all food and supplies on a bi-weekly basisUnderstand and train on POS (point of sale)Know all recipes and procedures for cooking recipesEnsure cleanliness and neatness of interior and exterior of storeMonthly inventoryControl and monitor food portioningDaily money counting and daily bank depositsCommunicate with vendorsMonitor labor percentagesMonitor food costsEnsure all required staff have alcohol serving certificationKnowledge of Health Department regulations and ensure they are being followedDependable, trustworthy, punctual and always set a good exampleKnowledge of all employee manuals including policies and proceduresBe available to answer questions and problem solve for all employeesDetermine and be responsible for employee raises, promote staffAttend corporate meetingsAttend training as needed
