Job Description : Spend your summer hanging with the bison and steers at The Resort at Paws Up on a sprawling, 37,000-acre, authentic working cattle ranch in Western Montana. You will lead your teammates through daily pre-shifts and the flow of service and partner with the culinary team managing the expo. Lead Server/Captains are responsible for the flow of service and coordination of FOH teammates. Responsible for the expo, table assignments, in-house dining and coordination of a daily pre-shift.
