We are looking for a tech-savvy, hard working, detail oriented, driven individual who can help us coordinate, track and troubleshoot LTL shipments. This is a full-time role that will require attention to detail and high-level problem solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Use resources provided to locate the order and item(s)
Book and/or update shipments
Track shipments for timely delivery.
Enter all information into tracking systems.
Troubleshooting issues that may occur with shipments including lost/missing items, freight appointments and carrier rebills.
Work collaboratively with Logistics team members to work through all escalation queues
Cross-team collaboration with our customer service team
Skills and Requirements:
Tech savvy, proficient in Google Drive
Data Entry
Multi-tasking
Problem solving skills
Strong time management skills
Attention to detail
