We value team players, people who are more concerned with what’s right, rather than who’s right.As a Delivery Ambassador, you will represent the RH brand by facilitating a luxury delivery experience in our customers’ homes. Each day you will travel alongside our delivery teams in a RH provided luxury vehicle on a predetermined route. You will be responsible for interacting with the delivery team, offering customer support and assisting with additional purchases while face-to-face with the customer. This role will require a highly accountable individual who is self-motivated, organized, and can effectively communicate in order to serve the all-encompassing needs of our customers in the moment.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESLive Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every dayLead the full-cycle delivery experience; be a steward of our product as it enters the customer’s homeProvide leadership and interact with the delivery team and partners to ensure all standards and processes are met, providing coaching and feedback when neededDevelop a deep understanding of our policies, processes and products so that solutions are recommended in real time to our customers, delivery team and partnersThink creatively and make critical decisions independently in the moment to ensure all needs are met, inclusive of Customer Delight accommodationsProvide guidance and feedback to clients on additional product suggestions based on the needs of the client and in partnership with Gallery DesignersLeverage strong communication skills (oral, written and listening) to effectively collaborate with your delivery team, internal partners, and customersContinuously seek to identify and eradicate operational inefficiencies and performance gap opportunitiesOUR REQUIREMENTSCustomer service, retail sales, hospitality, or in-home delivery experience highly desiredMust have a clean driving record and valid driver’s licenseAbility and willingness to work outside normal business hoursStrong oral, written and listening skills and the ability to build rapport through open and honest communicationProactive, organized, detail-oriented and motivated to find solutions in ambiguous environments or new scenariosResilient in the face of adversity with the ability to excel under pressureProficient technical ability: familiarity with Apple devices and software, Microsoft Office and Google applicationsProficient in digital road maps and GPS applications with the ability to navigate safely and efficientlyPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to travel overnight and out of stateAbility to lift and move small to medium items, up to 50 lbs., while utilizing appropriate safety techniquesJob Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Weekend availabilityLicense/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Willingness to travel:100% (Required)Work Location: On the road
