Job Description : Are you ready to join a growing company and grow with us? Willamette Elevator is growing and requires a full time office administrator. The position will undertake various administrative tasks related to the operation of an elevator service and repair company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter working with minimal supervision. Previous work experience preferred, especially in the elevator, HVAC, fire life safety or other building services, but not required.ResponsibilitiesLight phones and dispatching service calls to maintenance mechanics through company software programProvide customers updates on work in processCreate and update records in company software programAssist with weekly payroll of field employeesSubmits timely reportsTrack office supplies and place orders when necessaryAssist management with other duties as assignedSkillsProven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, customer service, or similar roleOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational skills and detail orientedAbility to accomplish multiple task prioritiesExcellent knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and ExcelHS diploma requiredJob Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 2 years (Preferred)Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
