Job Description : Ivy at Deer Lodge provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, and rehabilitation therapy.

Personal Care Assistants (PCA) needed in Skilled Nursing Facility- ALL SHIFTS!

Responsibilities include:

Manages residents’ personal belongings
Assist residents with ambulation, bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, and other activities of daily living as needed.
Ensures residents are ready for scheduled therapy and transport to rehab area
Assist nurse with various duties as directed
Assist with the dining program

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
