Job Description : Fur Baby Comfort & Care is seeking experienced Pet Care Specialists to join their growing team!**This is a 1099 Contract Position**Job Description:Primary duties involve providing services such as dog walking, drop-in visits, hourly pet sitting, pet taxi, and overnight stays within the client’s home. Other duties include but are not limited to distribution of food, administration of medication, pet waste removal, animal transportation, and light housekeeping (i.e. sweeping, mopping, taking out the trash, etc.)Requirements:High School diplomaAt least 5 years of animal handling experiencePrevious pet sitting experience preferredExperience providing insulin injections and medication administration preferredMust have reliable transportation, personally insured vehicleMust be at least 21 years of age for insurance purposesMust be able to pass a background checkMust be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidaysMust be willing to travel within the Detroit Metro area, Southeast MichiganMust be comfortable handling pets of all sizesMust become certified in canine and feline first aid and CPR within 7 days of initial hire**All applications will be considered but if you are eager and interested, please directly email us your resume****This is a 1099 Contract Position**Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $48,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee discountFlexible scheduleSchedule:HolidaysWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payTipsWork Location: One location
