Job Description : This position will be responsible for facilitating the accounts payable process.Responsibilities include:Coding and entering invoicesIssuing paymentsFollowing up on invoice/payment issues with subcontractors/suppliersReconcile Credit Card statements and employee expense reportsMaintain W-9 and insurance certificatesAnswer phones when neededCollege degree not necessary.
