Job Description : Hercules Machine Tool and Die is a team of passionate people, with can-do attitudes who act safely and with urgency and passion to provide high value and innovative solutions to our customers. Hercules Machine Tool and Die is a designer and builder of dies and equipment to support the global automotive manufacturing market. Our international team provides our customers with unparalleled engineering, die construction, die tryout, laser cutting, stamping of prototypes parts and stamping of limited quantity production parts.This position is responsible for performing Draw Die Development and form-ability using Autorfom simulation software on a variety of Class A parts. The candidate will also be responsible for morphing data (like springback) and CNC programing with WorkNC software.Hours Monday – Friday 10 hrs a day, Saturday 6-8 hours a day. A total of 56-58 hours a week. Time and half after 40 hours and double time on SundaysQualificationsNX (v11) or Catia (v5) experience and be fluid in at least one.At least 3-5 years of using Autoform.
