Job Description : Starting pay range: $20.14- $23.50 per hour, eligible for incentives
Location: Remote position, must live in Oregon or Washington to be considered for the role
OCCU Call Center Service Representatives assist members and potential members with a variety of needs via the phone channel. They respond to issues, actively educate, offer products and services, and set up new accounts.
Qualified candidates for this position will have a minimum of six months of similar or related experience.
OCCU offers additional compensation for bilingual Spanish speaking team members in the Call Center Service Representative position for individuals who pass a standardized language test. Those who meet the criteria receive $1.00 per hour.
