Job Description : Garden Mother Est. 2009We are a solid team. If you have experience with packaging, manufacturing, extractions, trimming, harvesting or other relative experience that you feel can add value to our team, please make that known on your resume. Duties include;Being present in the moment and ready to workMaking pre-rollsBottling tinctures and other retail productsPackaging, labeling products correct 100 x overAssisting with product manufacturing and cleanupRestocking & Inventory TrackingGeneral office janitorialMust be able to utilize critical thinking, and mindfulnessStay motivated and engaged while you workPhysical Requirements include: Ability to sit for up to 8 hoursAbility to stand for up to 8 hoursMust be able to bend, squat, and kneel down throughout the dayMust be able to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs.Must have good hand and finger dexterity and strengthAbility to stay motivated for consistent work productivityIn previous jobs, this candidate has been known for their skills in: Maintaining organized and tidy work spaceCatching potential problems before they ariseTaking initiative in their work and responsibility for their actionsOffering new ideas and creative solutionsSetting personal goals for improvements in efficiency and productivityUsing direct, honest, and professional communicationArriving for work punctually, prepared, and willing to get the job doneStaying present in their work and connected to greater operational goalsPay information: Base pay starting wage depends on experience.Base pay will be between $14.00-$16.00 hourly.
