Position : Gas and Oil Content Manager

Job Description : Responsibilities
Transfer Data, stored in a PDF Format, from a Microsoft File Management program, containing Folders and PDFs, to a Content Manager program, containing Jackets, Sub jackets, and Files.
Extract partial data files from the PDF, using Adobe Acrobat software.
Identify data, as it pertains to individual Gas Wells, and transfer the data to a Cloud Based Filing Format.
Cross referencing data with Montana Board of Oil and Gas Conservation, and company?s Databases is required.
Attention to detail when naming files and reviewing finished files prior to transfer is important, and will allow for easy access to stored data, and to prevent the loss of data.
Differentiate documents in well files and place them accordingly.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Key Qualifications
Ability to review, order and analyze title policies.
Must have a strong customer focus to ensure project meets operational requirements.
The ability to read and comprehend legal documents such as Lease Agreements, Title Opinions, Divisional Order Files, Technical Documents, Maps, and Correspondence.
The ability to work and communicate effectively with all levels of co-workers, clients, and other external contacts.
Must have knowledge of current Adobe Acrobat DC applications, Microsoft Edge File management program, and Microfocus Content Manager Software.
Knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry language, Leases, Title Opinion, and Division Order process.
Ability to differentiate documents in well files and place them accordingly.
Ability to properly organize and differentiate Lease files, Title and Division Order documentation in Content Manager files.
Must have extensive knowledge of Land, Oil and Gas Legal documents, as well as familiarity with USGS Land descriptions.

Required Experience and Education
Two to three years of experience, preferably related to transmission easement acquisitions including oil, gas and electricity.

Travel
Position will require travel (expected to be 90%); valid driver?s license and acceptable DMV record required.
