Job Description : Job Description
Procore is looking for a Learning Facilitator to join our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) team. In this role, you’ll design and deliver DEIB training & development programs to support employee growth and education, and the evolution of Procore’s culture of inclusivity.
As a DEIB Learning Facilitator, you’ll work as part of a small team to facilitate dynamic training experiences for a global employee audience, and help manage a robust DEIB learning & development program. Using your creativity, passion for public speaking, and deep understanding of the DEIB field, you will be a catalyst in helping to co-create a culture where diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are embedded into the fabric of Procore and everything we do.
This role will report to the Manager of Training & Development, DEIB, and can work remotely from any U.S location. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Facilitate DEIB training courses. Deliver instructor-led content, and facilitate group discussions
Design new training courses & materials, and develop on-demand educational content
Manage the tactical execution of DEIB Training & Development programs
Partner with internal L&D and HR members to Provide DEIB consulting, instructional design, and training delivery
Collaborate with DEIB team members and provide additional assistance for priority programs where needed
Coordinate with external training vendors and carry out procurement process administrative tasks
Work closely with the Project Management team to build and maintain program plan documentation
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of DEIB facilitation and program management experience
4+ years of total experience in L&D, Enablement, and/or related HR function
BA/BS in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a related discipline preferred
Excellent presentation and curriculum design skills, including experience with webinars and virtual delivery
Deep knowledge of global cultures and diverse worldviews, social justice, and systemic inequities
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and to tackle the biggest of challenges and the smallest of tasks with the same degree of diligence
Strong passion for innovation, working autonomously, and adapting to change
Comfort navigating difficult topics, and experience handling confidential information
Professional experience with Google Drive Suite, and particular expertise with Slides/PowerPoint
